Exercise Daily- Home or Local Gym
Whenever you feel you smoke a cigarette, push your thoughts to go to the gym or workout at home. Again, a great tool, but it’s not like you can work out every minute of the day, which was when I craved a cigarette.
But working out at home or going to the gym once a day will get you thinking in the right direction, good health. Think differently and act differently, right! Well, I don’t know about you, but I have smoked while walking on the treadmill. Of course, I was at home, boy that would be a screen smoking on the treadmills at the gym. Going to the gym and workout can be very rewarding, and you will think of yourself in no time. It just wasn’t useful to me as far as getting me to quit my dirty, nasty, and smelling cigarette smoking! I looked, though!
